How to ask for deletion
- In the app: open your profile, choose Account, then Delete account.
- By email: write to privacy@misbah.enterprises from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my StakeOS account”. Include your full name and the outlet you work or worked at.
We'll confirm we've received your request and tell you what happens next within one month.
What we delete
We close your login straight away and delete information we have no legal reason to keep, including:
- your sign-in details and profile photo
- your availability settings and personal preferences
- your contact details, once any records that must be kept no longer need them
What the law requires us to keep
If you were employed by one of our outlets, UK law requires the employer to keep some records for a set time after your employment ends. These are held securely, are not used for anything else, and are deleted automatically when the period ends.

If there's an active legal claim or investigation involving your records, we may need to keep the relevant records until it's resolved. We'll tell you if that applies.
When the final records are deleted, we'll send a confirmation to your last known email address.
